Aches Reduced & Losing Fat!
I'm 57 and 58 is just around the corner. I was not feeling well, I  gained many pounds during the covid period and my health was deteriorating as my belly grew too. It was time to make changes and I needed help. I started the process at 225lbs, I lost 20lbs in the first month with more to go. In addition I can now bend over and tie my shoes and breath at the same time! (cuz my belly is smaller). I'm sleeping better and a lot of my aches and pains have reduced or have gone away completely. Honestly the process has been much easier than I thought it would be. I would recommend this to anyone that is not feeling their best. It is the best decision I've made and I'm forging on! Healthy, Energy, Happy
What can I say but my gut doesn't ache like it used to, bloating is a distant memory, I wake up with my legs and feet not in pain anymore, I've lost pounds and fitting into clothes I thought I'd never get back into. Literally with-in a few short days I felt the difference physically and my cravings subsided. I've learned a lot about my body, what it likes, what it doesn't like and what a proper human diet is. It's amazing the difference it has made for me. I'm a mom of 4 very active kids so having good health, lots of energy and a happy attitude for them means everything to me.

Nursing Mom

I'm a nursing mom of a precious new member of our family. After a few months I found myself feeling sore, puffy, achy and tired. I figured that my crappy diet had something to do with that and decided for my sake and baby to make a change. I reached out to Stephanie, who is fantastic by the way. My biggest concern was my milk supply and It did take a bit to regulate and figure out what worked best for me. I've eliminated what Stephanie calls "unsupportive" foods and I'm now focusing on eating "supportive" ones. I do feel so much better and I'm confident that my body is producing healthy nourishment for my little one who is growing like a weed, happy and content. My family is enjoying the new Low-Carb recipes that I've been trying out on them and I'm gently edging them all over to a Proper Human Diet! 🙂 You should reach out to Stephanie if you need the support like I did (still do).
